Richard Styles, M.D. Medical Director,
Family Physician
Dr. Richard Styles joined AMC Kyiv's Family Physician department in January 2008. Dr. Styles worked as a Senior Clinician in Family Practice in the UK for 27 years and has been an Examiner of the Royal College of General Practitioners since 1988, elected to Fellowship in 1995. Dr. Styles has consulted on public health issues in America and Kuwait and successfully directed a EU project in Family Medicine in Ukraine from 2003 to 2006. Dr. Styles was appointed Clinic Medical Director in July, 2011.
Roberto Quispe, M.D.,
Family Physician
Dr. Roberto Quispe joined American Medical Centers-Kyiv in December 2002 after his work at the Emergency Center of Gorlovka city in the intensive therapy team. He graduated from the Donetsk Medical University in 1991, and during 1993-1994 worked as a general medicine trainee at Avesta City Hospital in Sweden. Dr. Quispe is specialized in Cardiology and speaks English, Spanish and Russian.
Olga Odynets, Family Physician
Dr. Odynets has five years of experience working at various hospital settings in London, UK including the Whittington Hospital, NHS. Olga is originally from Kyiv and speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Natalia Maevska, Family Physician
Natalia graduated from Kyiv Medical University in 2008. She currently works at AMC as a Family Physician and speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Lyudmila Melnik, M.D., Ph.D.,
Obstetrician & Gynecologist
Dr. Lyudmila Melnik graduated from the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1976. She completed her internship program in 1977 and residency program in 1982. Having received her Ph.D., Dr. Melnik practiced at the Kyiv Institute of Pediatrics and Gynecology, where she later became the Director of the Women's Reproductive Health Department. Following extensive overseas work as an obstetrician-gynecologist in Libya, Dr. Melnik joined AMC Kyiv in1996 where she now specializes in diagnostics and treatment of GYN infections, infertility, family planning, prenatal programs and deliveries.
Kateryna Gonzel, M.D., Ph.D.,
Obstetrician & Gynecologist
Dr. Kateryna Gozel joined the American Medical Center as a Gynecologist and Obstetrician. Prior to joining AMC, Dr. Gonzel worked in the Yemen republic and has been in private practice since 1997.Dr. Gonzel graduated from the Vinnitsa Medical University in 1996 and speaks English, German, Arabic, Russian and Ukrainian.
Oksana Chernyshova, M.D, Ph.D,
Chief Pediatrician
Dr. Chernyshova graduated from the National Medical University in Kyiv and completed her clinical studies and internship at the Pediatric Department at Hospital no. 4. Dr. Chernyshova furthered her post-graduate studies in Pediatric Gastroenterology and participated in the Salzburg / Philadelphia seminar program in Salzburg Austria. In 2005, Dr. Chernyshova received a second diploma in Family Medicine. She is credited for over thirty scientific papers and speaks fluent German, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
Alla Feilo, M.D., Staff Pediatrician
Dr. Feilo graduated from the National Medical University in Kyiv as Pediatrician and furthered her post-graduate studies in Medical Genetics at the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after Shupyk. Alla speaks Ukrainan, Russian and English.
Yosyp Siladi, M.D., Staff Pediatrician
Dr. Siladi graduated from Bukovina State Medical University and completed his clinical studies and internship at the Pediatric Department at Okhmadyt clinic. Dr. Siladi furthered his post-graduate studies in Pediatric immunology at the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after Shupyk. Yosyp speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, German and Hungarian and has been practicing at AMC Kyiv since late August.
Olesya Kluban, M.D., Staff Pediatrician
Dr. Kluban graduated from the National Medical University in Kyiv in 1996 as Pediatrician and completed her internship in neonatology. Dr. Kluban has 13 years experience in pediatrics. She is a Doctor of Highest Qualification Category.
Violetta Sokol
Psychologist, Psychotherapist
Professional psychotherapist and life coach practicing in Kyiv since 2006, combining classical and modern therapy methods for best client-orientated results. Individual and family therapy. Violetta speaks Russian and English.
Maria Larionova, Chief Nurse
Maria graduated from Kyiv Medical College in 1981 and worked as a nurse in the dental and gynecological clinics following graduation. She has worked in Maternity Hospital No.2 in Kiev and for a medical clinic in Tripoli, Libya for several years before returning to Kiev to work for AMC.
Elena Demidenko, Staff NurseElena graduated from Kyiv Medical College in 1989 and from 1989 until 1994 she worked as a staff nurse in the rehabilitation department of the Kyiv Institute of Clinical Surgery. In 1994, she began working for the Department of Alternative Medicine until she joined American Medical Centers as a staff nurse in 1998.
Olga Naumova, M.D., Dietician, Nutritionist
Dr. Olga Naumova joined American Medical Centers Kiev as its Staff
Dietician responsible for patient nutrition and general diet treatment and health programs. Dr. Naumova is the founder and President of the Ukrainian Celiac Society and member of the Association of Celiac Societies and has extensive experience in diabetic and pediatric care cases.
Alexander Schepelin, M.D, Physiotherapist
Dr. Schepelin graduated from Kyiv Medical University with residency training in Traumatology, Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine. Dr. Schepelin has worked with AMC since 2002 and conducts individual and group sessions and trainings.
Olga Nepomyasha, M.D, Dermatologist
Dr. Nepomyasha has more than 25 years experience in dermatology in various clinics in Kyiv and Israel. She is a member of the Ukrainian Dermatology Association and specializes in Laser Dermatology and Therapy. For an appointment with Dr. Nepomyasha, please call AMC directly.

Alex Sokol, Managing Director
Alex is an International Healthcare Consultant with over fifteen years of Russia, CIS, and Central Europe experience in hospital and clinic operations and development, including management of hospital networks, medical and dental clinics, and managed-care facilities. Alex is originally from Connecticut and lives in Kyiv with his wife and two children.
Igor Dereviankin M.D., Ph.D,
Development Director
Dr. Dereviankin is a 1992 graduate of the Kyiv State Medical University where he received his Ph.D. for research at the Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Disease. He has extensive experience in the implementation of international health protection programs in Ukraine with such prestigious organization as the United States Agency for International Development, Program for Appropriate Technology in Health and the World Health Organization. He has also completed training at the GlaxoSmithKline company- Rixensart (Belgium). Dr. Dereviankin joined the AMC Kyiv team in January 1999.
Lyudmila Sapronova, Financial Director
Lyudmila received her education in economics, finance and law. She has a long, distinguished career as an accountant with experience in international auditing. She is the former Financial Director of a top finance and auditing company in Kyiv and has been the Financial Director for AMC since 1998.
Alla Galkevych, Chief Accountant
Alla graduated from Kyiv National Shevchenko University with a major in Economics and has recently completed her Masters degree at Shevchenko in Accounting, Audit and Analysis. Originally from Kyiv, Alla has worked with AMC since 2006 and speaks English, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
Katya Kozhemyakina, Financial Manager
A linguistics graduate of the Kyiv Shevchenko National University, Katya began work at AMC in 2007. She has studied at the University of Peace and Human Rights in Cannes France and speaks French, Russian, English and her native language Ukrainian.
Anna Shevchuk, Insurance Billing Manager
Anna is a 2008 graduate of the Ukrainian National Pedagogical University. She has three years of experience working with insurance companies in Ukraine and abroad. At AMC, Anna is responsible for concluding and maintaining all insurance contracts and billings. Anna speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian fluently.
Tatyana Poltashevskaya,
Marketing, Sales and PR Manager
Tatyana graduated from the National Pharmaceutical University (Kharkiv) in 1995. She received her diploma in Economics and later a Masters degree in Marketing in 2005. Tatyana has nine years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in the sphere of medicines sales and marketing investigations. Tatyana speaks Russian, Ukrainian and English and joined AMC in February 2010.
Bogdana Filyak, Client Loyalty Manager
Bogdana is a linguistics graduate of the National Aviation University and has recently completed her Masters degree in Economics. Bogdana began work at AMC in 2007 and speaks English, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
Natalia Leiman, Billing & Accounts Manager
Natalia joined American Medical Centers-Kyiv in August 2008 as a Patient Service Representative and was quickly promoted to Billing & Accounts Manager. She is responsible for the billing and financial front desk. Natalia speaks
English, French, Russian and Ukrainian fluently.
