AMC's Health and Wellness Program is a medical delivery system designed to provide primary and emergency care services for those that are not covered by health insurance plans. Outpatient Services
- Physician consultations and related medical procedures. Specialist physician referrals.
- Radiology and Labaratory services (x-ray, ultrasound, laboratory).
- Child vaccinations (according to shedule)
- Pharmacy services (5% discount).
- Durable medical supplies (crutches, walkers, wheel-chairs, etc.).
Urgent Care Services
- 24-hour access to AMC medical staff Outpatient and emergency treatment when necessary.
- Home Health Care Services.
- Scheduled home visits with AMC home care professionals.
- Emergency hospitalisation & Medical Evacuation.
- Ambulance transportation within the Kyiv area and to the hospitals to which AMC refers
Annual cost for the AMC Health and Wellness Plan is $1,650.
