Individual Outpatient Plan

This  AMC Outpatient "Health Flex" plan is an annual premium plan that provides access to outpatient and urgent medical care at AMC. For more information and annual premium pricing, paid bi-annually or quarterly, please call AMC's Patient Services Department at (38-044) 490-7600.

Outpatient Services include:

  • Physician consultations, specialist referrals
  • Radiology (Ultrasound, X-ray)
  • Laboratory and diagnostic procedures
  • Pharmacy services (5% discount)
  • Urgent Care Services

Total annual coverage is $5,000, depending on payment plan.

Total annual cost for the AMC Health Flex Outpatient Insurance Plan starts at 390 UAH per month, certain payment restrictions apply.
