Just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to both you and your staff at AMC.
  
I had to arrange an emergency appointment at AMC for a friend of mine on Thursday morning and the staff were fantastic throughout the whole experience.
  
[My friend's] assigned Doctor, Roberto Quispe, was very professional and provided me with information about [my friend's] status and his plan of action in a calm and proficient manner.
 
The nurses were at all times able to speak in both English and Russian and reassure [my friend] that he was in capable hands.
 
The reception staff were wonderful and helped ... by providing telephone numbers I needed to contact key people, advised me where to have lunch (and even wrote the name in Russian), supplied me with coffee etc. Unfortunately on the way to AMC we were stuck in traffic so I rang to say we were running late - this was no problem and I was advised not to worry and that AMC would be waiting for us.
 
I will have no hesitation in recommending AMC, after gaining first hand experience and having spent time in your private rooms and witnessed your staff working in such a professional and caring way.Sincere regards, (Name withheld by AMC)

Our son will probably not remember his stay at the AMC but we, as his parents, will never forget how worried we were arriving here with him dehydrated after five days of gastro-enteritis. Dr. Kovalov, waiting for us late at night, since we were arriving from outside of Kyiv, reassurred us about our sons condition. He recovered great thanks to an excellent diagnosis and follow-up.
