Dr. Saule Nogay is a dedicated cardiologist and General Practitioner with a solid academic foundation and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine from Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (2018–2022), completed her internship in General Practice (2022–2024), and is currently pursuing a residency in Cardiology.
Dr. Nogay provides diagnosis, treatment, and long-term health management for patients with arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, and chronic heart failure. She is skilled in a wide range of diagnostic procedures, including ECG, treadmill stress testing, Holter ECG and blood pressure monitoring, and echocardiography. Her experience in both outpatient and inpatient care enable her to ensure consistent and comprehensive medical support for her patients. Dr. Nogay speaks Kazakh, Russian, and English and believes that attentive listening, trust, and an individual approach are the foundations of effective care.
