John Quinn

A Leader in Global Health and Emergency Medicine, Dr. John Quinn, an American national, holds medical licenses in both the United Kingdom and Ireland. Dr. Quinn earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Charles University, a Master's in Public Health from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a PhD in Preventive Medicine. His extensive training is further complemented by certifications in Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care, among others.

Dr. Quinn's career is marked by diverse roles across various continents. Notable positions include Senior House Officer in Ireland, Clinic Manager in Peru, and Medical Director in Jordan. He also contributed significantly as a Public Health Advisor in the UK, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a Medical Director and Emergency Medicine Physician, Dr. Quinn has provided critical medical leadership in challenging environments like Iraq and Ukraine. His work with the World Health Organization and involvement in military medical exercises showcase his proficiency in handling complex medical scenarios in conflict zones. Dr. Quinn has addressed numerous international conferences and authored influential publications on military medicine, disaster preparedness, and public health. His dedication to education is evident in his role as a Lead Researcher and founder of the Prague Center for Global Health, where he focuses on health security.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with basic proficiency in Ukrainian and Czech, and residing in Prague, Czech Republic, Dr. Quinn joins American Medical Centers as Chief Medical Advisor fall, 2024.
