Kateryna Kartashova

Dr. Kartashova graduated with distinction from the Kharkiv National Medical University and in 2006 completed her internship in Family and Internal Medicine. Dr. Kartashova submitted and sat for her Ph.D. Thesis in 2012, specializing in Gastroenterology and Metabolic Disorders.

She has attended various Continuing Medical Education workshops in Ukraine and abroad including the 2011 Salzburg-Columbia medical seminars in Internal Medicine (Salzburg, Austria) and the 2016 Harvard Medical School CME seminar in Primary Care Internal Medicine (Boston, Massachusetts, USA) and the 2017 CPR (ACLS), organized by the American Heart Association.

Dr. Kartashova is primarily interested in diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, hypertension, immunology, psychosomatic,functional medicine and nutrigenetics . She joined AMC in 2012 and speaks English, Russian, and Ukrainian fluently.
