Marketing and Communications Manager, AMC Group (Remote)
The AMC Group Marketing Manager is responsible for the company’s marketing, communications, and sales strategy, promoting and supporting AMC’s network and brand in all media platforms, identifying new business opportunities, and helping to further AMC’s strong growth in both existing and new AMC markets including Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Central and Western Europe.
The Group Marketing Manager works closely with Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, Marketing Managers, Digital designers, and AMC management, overseeing the preparation of Marketing Plans, creating and executing cross-marketing B2C and B2B sales campaigns and events, analysing existing and new markets, and communicating effectively AMC differentials.
Build, manage, coach and guide the day-to-day activities of the Company management and/or marketing team in each market.
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the group and individual markets
Ensure the brand identity is standardised throughout the group

Work closely with Management to:
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
Continually review with marketing managers changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Review current health trends to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
Continuous work on Plans and Programs: AllHealth Plans
Coordinating the launch of new programs in all markets
Assisting local management in programs and plans
Collecting Data and Stats to adjust marketing strategies locally and for group
AMC Experience Feedback forms
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Mailchimp email marketing stats
Stats on purchases of health plans
Demographics of patient flow
Meta and Google Ad results/strategies
Create and manage a calendar of group events such as webinars, conferences
Respond to Requests on Meta and AMC Online or any other non-clinic specific platforms we have created regarding questions or visits and redirect questions or requests to the corresponding clinic
Train Patient Experience Managers Based on our Client Services Manual and Guidelines, ensuring quality in Patient communication
Work closely with Group Marketing Designer and CEO to Oversee all the processes related to:
Copywriting and content management
Blog Article Production and Management
Mailchimp Campaigns
Any and all designs Designs
Company Magazine
Email templates, Introduction presentations, letters etc.
Business Cards, Reception forms, brochures, posters
Email Templates, Feedback forms, Signatures
The AMC Group Marketing Manager is a remote full time position.The candidate is European or East- European based, college-educated with at least 5 years of marketing and/or digital marketing experience, preferably health marketing.
