Doctor Sultan Mirlanov is a graduate of the Siberian State Medical University in Tomsk, Russia, practicing medicine in Moscow, rural Siberia, and various towns throughout Kazakhstan. In 2019, Dr. Sultan successfully passed his United States Medical License Examination and obtained his HIPAA Privacy Law certification (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996). He later completed the OET Cambridge Test for English in Medicine, and participated in US clinical rotations at the Brooklyn Cancer Care in Brooklyn, NYC.

During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Mirlanov worked in an infectious disease hospital participating in the care of critically ill patients, following his commitment to bring quality healthcare to everyone. Dr. Sultan joined AMC in November, 2023, and speaks fluent Russian, Kazakh, and English.
