Dr. Shokhan Niyazbekov graduated from Kazakh National Medical University S.D. Asfendiyarov in 2020. After graduation, he practiced as a Junior physician in Turkey, working in the emergency and resuscitation departments while working part-time in local outpatient settings. Dr. Shokhan is certified with BLS CPR, and is an an ACLS instructor with an interest in Tuberculosis Prevention algorithms. His residency and internships were in Cardiology, Arithmology, and Endovascular surgery. Dr. Shokhan speaks Russian, Kazakh, and English fluently and joined the AMC Almaty team in September 2023.
