American Medical Centers Kyiv is looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Director to join our awesome marketing team!

The Marketing Manager will take an active leadership role at American Medical Centers Kyiv to understand business objectives, and will build marketing strategies and plans to support those objectives. Serves as a role model for others and represents AMC Kyiv internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating, analyzing, and developing marketing strategies based on target audiences, market research, and business plans, and continually assessing consumer and business needs, to ensure marketing plan alignment.
  • Evaluating and executing marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, content creation/assessment, and event management.
  • Developing new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Develop and/or market new services of the clinic.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget, updating marketing budget, distribution file, action plan sheets.
  • Conducting market research, competitor research.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Develop email marketing strategies to support key business priorities such as new service launches, promotional campaigns, and new providers in support of retention and acquisition goals.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Brainstorming of new and creative growth strategies
  • Working in conjunction with the medical department
  • Maintain the website as well as Facebook and Instagram pages with up to date, relevant and compelling content that supports sales and optimizes the patience flow;
  • Coordinate with AMC team on content and posting for social channels;
  • Work on AMC’s corporate magazine ‘’Your Health” – Approve content, appearance and layout of featured articles. Oversee photography, design and artwork to be used in a magazine.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of previous sales experience
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Medical industry knowledge
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a teamHave high detail-orientation. Never lets things fall through the cracks or miss key details. Not one to scramble to pull things together at the last minute.
  • Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Pick up on situational cues and adjusts in the moment. Understand that different situations may call for different approaches. Can act differently depending on the circumstances.

  • Communication and interaction with internal departments;
  • Identify areas that could be streamlined and create better employee experience;
  • Create the policies and procedures and ensure that they are up to date and legally compliant;
  • Promote the corporate culture, the values and mission of the company cooperate with the Marketing team for building and evolving our brand;
  • Work with the specialists, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining positive atmosphere in the company;
  • Provide first line support to the specialists and managers on Human Resources issues, including answering questions, researching and resolving issues.

Family Physician Job Duties:

  • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
  • Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients’ condition
  • Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary
  • Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients
  • Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary
  • Coordinate work with nurses, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other health care providers
  • Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff

Requirements:

  • Must have successfully completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine
  • Be able to read, write, speak and understand English to effectively communicate with all patients and other health care providers.
  • Continue education requirements annually to maintain clinic credentials, enhance competencies and augment professional skills
  • Have excellent typing skills and experience using computers with programs specifically for electronic medical records documentation.

  • Treat diseases of female organs
  • Care for and treat women during prenatal and postnatal periods
  • Prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
  • Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient
  • Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary
  • Refer patient to medical specialist or other practitioner when necessary
  • Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff
  • Consult with or provide consulting services to other physicians

American Medical Centers is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our awesome marketing team!

As a Digital Marketing Director at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy in 3 primary markets Ukraine, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), Google Analytics Metrics.
  • Drive sales through AMC’s digital products
  • Formulating a group online content strategy.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading content for the website.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with software developers and architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the website and it’s functionality
  • Work closely with a team of AMC digital products developers

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • 5-7 years experience in marketing; 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of PPC, SEO & SEM
  • Working knowledge of web design principles and content management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
