COMPREHENSIVE CHILD EXAM, SCHOOL ENTRY

AMC’s Comprehensive Child Annual Physical provides necessary exams for a school or a kindergarten entry.

The Full Physical exam also checks all boxes ensuring your child’s healthy development, or waves any concerns you may have about their overall health.

The medical exam, as described below, includes the necessary Certification, and an updated Vaccination Record in compliance with the National requirements.

GENERAL EXAMINATION

Examination to include weight and height, recommendations by a Pediatrician or Consultation, Examination and Certification for Kindergarten / School entry to National requirements.

LABS & DIAGNOSTICS

Complete Bloodwork Evaluation: CVC, ESR, Parasites, Glucose, Vitamin B12

Urine analysis (Kidney function and Diabetes)

Structural/Postural Evaluation

Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasound

ECG (To check for heart enlargement and rhythm abnormalities)

Pediatric ENT & Vision Checkup

Extensive Pediatric Consultation & Treatment plan

Vaccination Status Review & Certificate
